This is my collection of taco night recipes. From sometime in 2017, until Summer of 2025, I hosted a weekly taco night
get-together for friends and colleagues. This book is a listing of all my recipes that I made over that timeframe. For
the most part, I alternated between ground beef, pork carnitas, shredded chicken, or barbacoa tacos. However, I would
also occasionally make something else, like a few curries, or spaghetti & meatballs or lasagna. Keep the tradition
